In a Christmas present 'Genealogy, Essential Research Methods' by Helen Osborn in the forward it opens with 'Sources, and the skills to understand them, are the key tools we need to unearth our family history'. A statement that resonated with me and if the rest of the book lives up to this then it's a welcome addition to my family history references and tools.
